Position Overview

Embecta is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to lead the flawless execution of our commercial strategy across Mexico and Central America. This role is pivotal in driving sell‑out performance, market share growth, and brand visibility at the point of sale (POS) in retail and wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute targeted field strategies to maximize sell‑out and market share.
  • Lead and coach field teams (merchandisers, demonstrators) to ensure brand consistency and execution excellence.
  • Analyze POS and sell‑out data to identify high‑impact opportunities.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and in‑store marketing activities.
  • Manage POP logistics, budget allocation, and ROI tracking.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Education, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Train pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals to enhance product knowledge and shopper engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with execution standards and KPIs across retail and wholesale environments.
  • This role will travel up to 30%.
Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial operations, field execution, or trade marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, health, or medical devices industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Mexico's retail landscape and consumer behavior.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams and managing field execution.
