Job Description

The BGM Sales Manager role will be responsible for expanding the commercial reach of this business, developing corporate and retail partnerships, and driving profitability through tailored go‑to‑market strategies. The position will also ensure end‑to‑end operational excellence‑linking Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing‑to scale the business sustainably. Given its strategic importance and growth potential, this role is essential to strengthen BIC's footprint in the customization segment and secure its long‑term commercial objectives in Mexico.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish a client visits agenda according to geographic region, and conduct store checks with corrective action and follow‑up.

  • Ensure the achievement of targets by category with focus on the company’s objectives through daily managerial reports.

  • Reduce the DSO through individual control for clients.

  • Establish plans for growth and investment clients through ROI analysis.

  • Ensure the gain of market share through reading about Market Measurement, providing support to stores and the merchandising team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 5 years of experience specifically in Consumer Goods selling.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Capacity to work under pressure and manage several complex projects at the same time.

  • Intermediate - fluent English.
