This full-time, on-site role focuses on connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating across various channels. • Identifies the customer’s need and responds appropriately and efficiently with a sense of urgency.
• Utilizes multiple communication channels to assist the client.

Professional verbal and written communication skills

A Lead Generator sets up a potential policy sale and transfers it over to an agent to complete the sale. The Lead Generator learns the customer’s needs and knows some product information to complete this task.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates effectively with internal customers and employees for follow-up purchases of customers.
• Identifies the customer’s need and responds appropriately and efficiently with a sense of urgency.
• May utilize multiple communication channels including but not limited to telephone, fax, email, or online chat to assist the client.

This is an on-site and full-time position in Tijuana, Baja California.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.

Functional Skills

• Ability to multi-task (i.e. talking and typing simultaneously).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate through multiple systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
