A leading technology company in Monterrey is seeking a Sales Specialist with a BS in Engineering or related fields. The ideal candidate will foster customer relationships and implement successful sales strategies. Responsibilities include coordinating business activities and completing assigned tasks. Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of experience in the Plastics, Automotive, or related industries, along with strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software is preferred.

Formación

  • 2-3 years of experience in the Plastics, Automotive, E&E, or Home Appliances industries.
  • Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver value to a technical audience.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Good marketing skills and business sense
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
  • Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
  • Strong analytical aptitude and great problem-solving skills
  • Presentation skills and ability to deliver product value to a highly technical audience.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with international teams
  • Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting
  • Language: English as working language, and local language
  • Location: Monterrey, Mexico
