About the Role
We are hiring a part time Virtual Assistant focused on outbound cold calling to generate and qualify commercial leads and book appointments. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, resilient, and comfortable hearing no without losing momentum. You will support the owners by keeping the pipeline active, scheduling meetings, and ensuring prospects receive the right information before any visit or appointment.
1. Lead Generation & Outbound Sales
- Proactive Sourcing: Conduct outbound cold calls to commercial prospects sourced organically through your own online research.
- Appointment Setting: Generate interest and book walkthrough appointments for free commercial cleaning estimates.
- Expectation Management: Clearly explain the walkthrough process to potential clients and set proper expectations for their first interaction with the team.
- Strategic Networking: Participate in weekly business networking meetings and 1:1 meetings with other business owners after initial training.
2. Coordination & Data Management
- Calendar Logistics: Coordinate calendars and schedule appointments accurately using Google Calendar to ensure zero overlaps.
- Lead Tracking: Maintain meticulous records in simple spreadsheets, including clear notes on conversations and follow-up statuses.
- Proposal Support: Follow up with prospects after walkthroughs and proposals are sent, answering basic questions and tracking decision‑making timelines.
3. Communication & Brand Visibility
- Brand Representation: Act as the professional first point of contact, ensuring the Armor360 brand is represented with authority.
- Bilingual Support: Communicate effectively with Spanish‑speaking cleaning staff when necessary to coordinate logistics.
- Marketing (Optional Plus): Depending on your skill set, assist with organic social media posting and basic content support on Facebook and Instagram.
4. Growth & Brand Representation
- First Impression Ownership: Act as the first point of contact, ensuring every interaction builds immediate trust and professional rapport.
- Marketing Support: Potentially assist with organic social media content creation to drive brand visibility as the role evolves.
