Role
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
  • Key element in the initial stages of sales consulting process, including outreach and qualifying potential customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, video chat).
  • Host, when necessary, video calls with both potential and existing clients.
  • Maintain and update the daily sales pipeline alongside the sales team.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to confidently address client questions.
  • Understand clients' needs and expectations, ensuring personalized and effective solutions.
  • Engage with the online community, responding to comments and requests.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes: supply insights into market trends and customer needs to inform marketing and product development.
Qualifications
  • Full command of English spoken and written; good level of Spanish and Portuguese would be a plus.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening capabilities.
  • Availability working from 6pm (Lisbon time), including weekends.
  • Previous experience in customer support via phone, video chat, and email is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate process improvements effectively.
  • Positive and professional demeanor while interacting with clients.
  • Experience in customer service, sales support, or related fields.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
