Role
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
- Key element in the initial stages of sales consulting process, including outreach and qualifying potential customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, video chat).
- Host, when necessary, video calls with both potential and existing clients.
- Maintain and update the daily sales pipeline alongside the sales team.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to confidently address client questions.
- Understand clients' needs and expectations, ensuring personalized and effective solutions.
- Engage with the online community, responding to comments and requests.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes: supply insights into market trends and customer needs to inform marketing and product development.
Qualifications
- Full command of English spoken and written; good level of Spanish and Portuguese would be a plus.
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening capabilities.
- Availability working from 6pm (Lisbon time), including weekends.
- Previous experience in customer support via phone, video chat, and email is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate process improvements effectively.
- Positive and professional demeanor while interacting with clients.
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or related fields.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
- Highly organized and a strong team player.
