Formación

The Role

We’re hiring a full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead outbound prospecting through LinkedIn outreach and cold calling. This is a crucial role for our continued growth and requires excellent spoken English, interpersonal confidence, and persistence when navigating gatekeepers at medical practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • LinkedIn Outreach
    • Send 50–100 templated outbound messages daily via the founder’s LinkedIn to drive credibility and set meetings.
  • Cold Calling
    • Call medical practices to book meetings, following a proven script for compliance.
    • Navigate front‑desk staff confidently to reach key decision‑makers.
  • Pipeline Support
    • Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team.
    • Handle objections professionally and with persistence.
  • Process Adherence
    • Follow defined outreach scripts, messaging frameworks, and reporting protocols.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience
    • 1–2 years in an SDR or similar outbound sales role.
    • Must have experience with cold calling.
  • Language & Communication
    • Near‑native English fluency with minimal accent.
    • Strong, clear, and confident phone presence.
