Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area for a Sales Development & Community Representative. The individual in this role will engage with the tech community and build strong relationships to identify new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include driving community outreach initiatives, interacting directly with prospective customers to qualify leads, maintaining efficient engagement through excellent communication, and ensuring exceptional customer service while supporting the sales team in achieving growth objectives.

Community Engagement and Community Outreach skills to foster trust and meaningful relationships across the tech industry.

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to professionally engage with community members and potential clients.
  • Sales expertise, including the ability to identify and qualify leads, demonstrate product knowledge, and support sales strategies.
  • Proactive and collaborative work ethic with excellent interpersonal skills, essential for working effectively in team-based environments.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English is highly desirable, along with a background in technology or SaaS industries.
  • Relevant experience in customer or community-focused roles and a bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
