Position Overview

As the Sales Channel and Partnership Manager for Mexico, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships with resellers, distributors, and other strategic allies. Your role will directly impact revenue growth and brand visibility in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Channel Strategy Development: Design and implement a scalable channel sales strategy tailored to the Mexican market.
  • Partnership Management: Identify and establish relationships with potential channel partners (e.g., resellers, system integrators, and consultants). Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements. Ensure alignment with Sesame HR's growth objectives.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive channel sales by enabling partners with training, resources, and tools to promote Sesame HR's solutions effectively.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set KPIs for channel partners and evaluate performance regularly, ensuring accountability and achieving sales targets.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align go-to-market strategies and ensure smooth partner operations.
  • Market Insights: Monitor competitive activity and market trends, providing feedback to inform Sesame HR's overall business strategy in Mexico.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in channel sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally in SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the Mexican market and its business ecosystem.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple partners and drive revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with HR tech or B2B SaaS solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
