A global technology company located in Aguascalientes is seeking a Sales Analyst Professional to implement sales and marketing strategies. This role involves statistical analysis of sales data, collaboration across departments, and budget control for commissions. The Sales Analyst Professional is responsible for supporting field sales & marketing. This employee implements the sales & marketing strategies and compiles / creates reports on metrics for management review and identify opportunities for improvement. They share accountability for assigned territory and act as an internal point of contact for miscellaneous departments.
General Responsibilities
• Key participant in statistical analysis on sales data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives
• Organizes on-line sales and marketing system, verifying the accuracy of the data and acting as liaison with internal departments for identifying and resolving problems
• Collaborates with sales, marketing managers, field area managers, and support staff in accessing sales and marketing information
• Prepares and controls commission incentive budgets for a particular district or region
• May administer the field sales forecasting system, which provides management with current product sales potential
Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
