A leading skin and body care company in Mexico City seeks an experienced marketer to drive brand strategy execution and manage customer insights. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in marketing or sales, possesses strong financial analysis skills, and can handle stakeholder management in a dynamic environment. Join us in making a meaningful impact with our products that care for people's skin.
Role Purpose:
Develop the execution of the brand strategy at the point of sales by understanding the needs of all markets from the latam region, apply the proper category & channel lenses and translating it into solutions for the customer management and field teams. Incorporates Category and Shopper Understanding to ensure that a clear Picture of Success (PICOS) is designed and delivered by Category and by Retail Environment. As well as owning the execution of the assigned categories.
Main Accountabilities:
Planning : Ensure that the ABP meets the needs of the business and are properly funded and resourced.
Support the mapping of the needs of all activation markets and incorporate it into lead mkt workstreams.
Commercial operations: Work in a fit for purpose S&CM operating model
Store Execution : Have a store-back mindset in all programs and workstreams.
