Overview
We look for a Human Resources Manager to lead and coordinate processes related to the human capital within the new launching of our brand in Mexico City.
The processes to manage and lead includes recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
We expect you to handle the department individually for at least 5-6 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Staffing : _
- Employee Relations : _
- Coordinate and execute hiring process and dismissal process alongside Legal department.
- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Training and Development : _
- Design and coordinate Induction Training Program for new employees.
- Compensation and Benefits : _
- Prepare pre-payroll files for CEO and Finances
- Manages salary structure and benefits packages.
- HR Administration_
- Maintain employee records and HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and employment laws
- HR Strategy : _
- Promote a fair and equitable work environment.
- Coordinate onboarding / off-boarding activities.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Collect and analyze HR data to inform decision-making.
What do we need from you
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Psychology, or equivalent to proven experience in HR field for +3 years.
- Proven experience as HR Manager, Recruitment Manager or similar HR Role.
- Preferable in Financial Services environments like BPO's, Contact Center, Fintech.
- Experience with massive recruitment of operational roles, as well as management and Top Management levels.
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures in Mexico (LFT, STPS, LSS)
- Experience with payroll management (pre-nómina, finiquitos, indemnizaciones, incapacidades, ausencias, etc.)
- Strong knoledge of HR KPIs
- Proficient in English
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
