Responsibilities
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Route and Customer Support Analyst to provide operational support to sales and go-to-market teams, ensuring real-time route management, account accuracy, and smooth execution of commercial processes.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Latin America to ensure all sales operations run effectively, while driving consistency, data quality, and continuous improvement.
Data Management and Configuration
- Learn and work with the Omnitracs software to configure routes and upload customer information.
- Collect, validate, and maintain customer and business data for the assigned markets.
- Identify and update route structures, number of routes per country or region, number of customers per route, and route types.
- Execute mass updates including geocoding, truck assignments, new customer uploads, and operational reports.
Process Optimization
- Work with business teams to centralize, standardize, and optimize customer and route information.
- Validate correct truck‑to‑route assignments, geocode accuracy, route design, loading days, and other operational parameters.
- Identify data deviations in the system and notify the corresponding sales and go-to‑market teams for correction.
- Participate in weekly operational and tactical meetings with market leaders to share updates and progress.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build strong working relationships with teams across multiple countries, providing support on database management and route operations.
- Prepare status, performance, and productivity reports to monitor solution implementation and results.
- Ensure service delivery meets defined service standards and timelines.
Flexibility
- Availability to work mixed or adjusted schedules based on market needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, commercial processes, or similar roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Additional language is a plus (Portuguese or French).
- Strong customer orientation, adaptability, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multifunctional teams.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate clearly.
