About the Role

We are looking for a high-caliber RH Managing Director (LATAM) to lead a regional operation based in Mexico City .

The RH Managing Director will oversee the strategic and operational management of a recruitment focused on sourcing qualified professionals.

Key responsibilities include performance-driven talent acquisition, partner development, and managing a remote international team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate in the implementation of automation tools such as Respond.io, Telli / Vapi.ai, WhatsApp workflows, and CRM dashboards.
  • Report directly to senior leadership and coordinate with core functions including Product, Legal, and Sales.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with local partners.
Requirements
  • Experience in operations, international recruiting, or leadership roles within BPO or HR tech sectors
  • Strong knowledge of Latin American talent markets.
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM systems, outreach strategies, and remote team management
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience scaling teams or projects (startup, scaleup, or growth-phase environments)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish _(German is a plus) _
  • High emotional intelligence, cross-cultural sensitivity, and a genuine passion for supporting professionals
