A leading consumer intelligence company is looking for an Executive based in Mexico City to manage client relations, analyze business opportunities, and deliver insights from consumer data. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Management or Marketing, along with 2-4 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical, communication, and sales skills are required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role offers a flexible work environment and various benefits.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Management, Marketing, Commercial or Industrial Engineering, or related.
  • 2-4 years of experience in mass consumption, consulting companies, Retailers, or related.
  • Ability to prepare presentations, understand macroeconomic scenarios.
  • Related experience in panel or homescan services.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Desirable intermediate level in Excel and PowerPoint.

As an executive you will cooperate in the development of clients' commercial activities, understanding their business to analyze it, finding strategic areas of opportunity and insights to advise them according to their needs and objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction with effective and quality responses based on the solutions provided by NielsenIQ

Job Description
  • You will anticipate potential risks in relation to the account and point out possible solutions to the associated manager.
  • Development of analysis in search of opportunities / threats to the clients' businesses.
  • Responsible for the commercial relationship with customers. Attend to the different requirements they have and need.
  • You will take administrative control of our clients' accounts.
  • You will train clients on NielsenIQ methodologies.
  • Provide guidance on NielsenIQ’s Homescan panel, explaining how consumer data is collected and utilized.
  • Interpret key metrics such as household penetration, purchase frequency, and average spend.
  • Deliver actionable insights on shopper behavior to optimize clients’ marketing and sales strategies.
  • Support integration of Homescan data with other sources for comprehensive analysis.
Qualifications
