Formación

• 1-2 years of previous experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, M&A or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate potential M&A opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of pitch books for client meetings.
• Negotiate and structure M&A transactions.
