A global technology organization is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator. In this remote position, you'll be responsible for managing core platform configurations, building scalable automation, and supporting Service Cloud capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, Salesforce certification, and extensive experience in Salesforce administration. This role offers opportunities to work closely with various business units to drive technology advancements and ensure data integrity within the platform.

Formación

• 5–7+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Deep expertise with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; experience with Marketing Cloud, CPQ and/or Experience Cloud preferred.
• Proven release management experience using DevOps Center or comparable tools and solid sandbox strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Own core platform configuration and build scalable automation with Flow.
• Design data model enhancements and manage user lifecycle.
• Partner with integration engineers on connected systems and support Service Cloud capabilities.
