  • 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Analytics, with measurable impact.
  • Strong business acumen across B2B/B2C funnels and pipeline mechanics.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead forecasting, pipeline, and bookings analyses for business reviews.
  • Design and maintain GTM dashboards and scorecards.
  • Drive territory design, account segmentation, and capacity planning.
  • Manage lead and opportunity processes in Salesforce.
  • Improve data quality and CRM hygiene through governance.
  • Evaluate and optimize sales motions and operating rhythms.
  • Collaborate with Finance on quota setting and compensation modeling.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders for process alignment.

Conocimientos

Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Hands-on SQL for data extraction
Expertise with Tableau or similar BI tools
