A recruitment agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify and engage potential clients in North America. This role requires 3+ years of relevant sales experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with lead generation tools. Formación

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales, outreach, or lead generation role.
  • Familiarity with recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR services.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated and organized.

Responsabilidades

  • Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads via LinkedIn and email.
  • Book discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to leadership.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate information.
