We are building a Talent Pool for future opportunities at WALTER, and we are currently looking for passionate sales representatives to join our growing team of professionals. While this is not a current job opening, we are gathering talented individuals for future roles. By applying, you'll be considered for upcoming projects as they arise.

If you're a sales wizard, able to navigate tasks with the finesse of a digital nomad, all while needing minimal oversight, we're looking for you!

Responsibilities could include

  • Identify and target potential clients, focusing on businesses looking to optimize their remote work processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through effective communication and exceptional service.
  • Outbound/Inbound calls, as well as cold calling, warm calling leads.
  • Conduct sales presentations to demonstrate the value of our solutions and how they can meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, tracking your activities and performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong understanding of full sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. No fear of the phones!
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, remote team.
  • Proficiency in CRM/Pipeline management software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a commitment to meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Must reside in Latin America or the Caribbean.
