• 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Solutions Architect designing and implementing data solutions.
• 2+ years of consulting leadership experience with external clients.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, and/or Scala.
• Expertise in core cloud platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks) and SQL.
• Experience with data integration technologies (Spark, Kafka, Streamsets, etc.).
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and driving project success.
