Remote Operations Assistant (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,300–$1,700 USD/month depending on experience paid via direct bank transfer

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week. Must have overlap with U.S. Pacific Time for meetings and daily coordination. Remaining hours are flexible, with a one-hour lunch break.

Our client is a systems‑driven growth company that supports U.S.-based service businesses. They help founders improve operations, marketing infrastructure, and internal workflows by implementing better systems, automation, and process documentation. They operate as a lean, remote team and are focused on building scalable internal processes as the company grows. We are seeking an Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a growing remote business. This role plays a critical part in bringing structure, consistency, and follow‑through to internal workflows. The position will begin with hands‑on operational support and is designed to grow into a more coordinated, ownership‑focused role over time as systems mature and responsibilities expand.

Responsibilities:
  • Support daily operations and administrative workflows
  • Coordinate tasks across tools, clients, contractors, and internal team members
  • Document recurring processes and help create SOPs and checklists
  • Maintain organization across systems, files, and internal documentation
  • Assist with basic reporting, tracking, and follow‑up to ensure tasks are completed
  • Take on increasing responsibility and coordination as systems and processes mature
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:
Required:
  • Advanced/fluent written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Strong ownership mindset with proven reliability and follow‑through
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfort learning new tools and documenting processes
  • Reliable internet connection and availability for Pacific Time overlap
Nice-to-have:
  • Experience supporting operations or coordination in a remote team
  • Familiarity with SOPs, documentation, or process improvement
  • Experience in startups, agencies, or fast‑growing service businesses
