Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $1,300–$1,700 USD/month depending on experience paid via direct bank transfer
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week. Must have overlap with U.S. Pacific Time for meetings and daily coordination. Remaining hours are flexible, with a one-hour lunch break.

They operate as a lean, remote team and are focused on building scalable internal processes as the company grows. We are seeking an Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a growing remote business. This role plays a critical part in bringing structure, consistency, and follow‑through to internal workflows. The position will begin with hands‑on operational support and is designed to grow into a more coordinated, ownership‑focused role over time as systems mature and responsibilities expand.
