A renowned property management firm based in Mexico City seeks a Remote Maintenance Coordinator. This role involves managing all maintenance work orders efficiently, ensuring clear documentation, and maintaining organized records. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of property management or maintenance coordination experience, excellent organizational skills, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency in English is required, and Spanish fluency is preferred. Compensation ranges from $10.00 to $15.00 per hour based on experience.

As a Remote Maintenance Coordinator at Coastal Vacation Properties, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance work orders across our portfolio, playing a critical role in keeping our maintenance workflows organized.
This is a detail-driven, accountability-focused role responsible for reviewing, managing, and advancing maintenance work orders from creation through completion. You will ensure documentation is clear and accurate, apply material, vendor, and labor expenses correctly, create follow-up or new work orders as needed, and monitor progress to drive timely resolution to help keep properties well maintained. Success in this role requires that no issues fall through the cracks and potential errors are caught. You’ll communicate updates and delays using Microsoft Teams, maintain clean and audit-ready records, and elevate unresolved or recurring issues when appropriate. Success in this role means systems stay accurate and current, costs are consistently applied correctly and teams always have visibility into maintenance status. Issues must be fully resolved—not just documented. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working independently in a remote environment, and brings strong written communication skills, follow-through, and a true sense of ownership to everything they manage. English fluency is required, Spanish fluency is strongly preferred.
Hourly Rate: $10.00 - $15.00 based on experience
