With a property management company overseeing 5,500 units and a team of over 180 employees, our company is well-equipped to understand and evaluate deals quickly.

We take a commonsense approach to underwriting, providing comprehensive in-house services to ensure a seamless loan process.

Responsibilities

• Assess the credit standings of applicants through background research
• Gather all necessary documentation from potential borrower such as bank statements, tax returns, drivers license, credit report, previous deal history, etc
• Work with title agent and attorney to review title policy and loan documents
• Save all documents and executed settlement statements in appropriate folders.
• Interview applicants to evaluate their eligibility for loan or mortgage
• Conclude on all applicable financial and non-financial criteria and develop loan repayment plans
• Follow up with clients on outstanding documentation / action items

Requirements

• Proven working experience in a Loan Processor role
• Good knowledge of the industry
• Comprehension of direct / indirect lending procedures
• In-depth understanding of relevant rules and regulation
• Extremely detail oriented
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Balance between customer satisfaction orientation and a result driven approach
• Resume must be submitted in English
