  • Proven track record of executing independently without hand-holding.
  • Strong analytical mindset with daily KPI measurement and iteration.

Responsabilidades

  • Build scalable and repeatable lead generation engines from scratch.
  • Own lead volume, lead quality, CPL, and conversion metrics.
  • Continuously execute, measure, and iterate based on real data.

Conocimientos

C1 level English proficiency
Experience with paid acquisition
Strong written and verbal communication
