Responsabilidades

• Source, identify, and engage candidates through multiple channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings with a consultative approach.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-quality talent.
• Partner with senior recruiters to understand hiring needs.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS platforms.
• Coordinate interviews and support onboarding activities.
