About the Role:

Position: Virtual Assistant

Schedule: 40 hours per week

Location: Fully remote

Compensation: $4.00 - $10.00 USD per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional phone, email, and chat-based support to customers.
• Assist with quoting, billing, invoices, policy changes, and account-related inquiries.
• Help customers navigate common insurance-related processes.

What We're Looking For:

• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with a reliable computer and high-speed internet.
• Independent & team-oriented able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
