In this role, you will investigate complex issues, ensure the highest customer satisfaction, and maintain knowledge base documentation. We're looking for individuals with strong Linux and cloud computing experience, excellent communication skills, and an ability to work both independently and collaboratively. This position offers a globally remote role with opportunities for international travel.
