Formación

• 2 years in consulting, business operations, project/program management, or ops leadership.
• Extremely high ownership and initiative.
• Strong writing and communication in English.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive stakeholders.
• Comfort with basic data analysis, spreadsheets, dashboards, KPI tracking.
