A technology company in Mexico is seeking a Sales Development Representative to enhance customer experiences with their Global HR Platform. The ideal candidate will have proven success in business development within the B2B SaaS realm, exceptional communication skills, and fluency in both English and French. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, sourcing sales opportunities, and supporting Account Executives. This role is perfect for self-motivated individuals who thrive in challenging environments.

Formación

  • Proven business development success.
  • Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism.

Responsabilidades

  • Help customers fully experience the Global HR Platform.
  • Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads.
  • Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Cold call into prospects generated by various sources.

Sales tools expertise (SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha)
Negotiation skills
Exceptional communication skills
Fluency in English
