A reputable service company in Mexico City is looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to manage administrative support tasks. The candidate should be organized, reliable, and comfortable with client communication in English. Responsibilities include handling calls, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and assisting the Business Manager. Experience in the home services industry is a plus. This position values long-term commitment. The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with hours aligned to EST.

Formación

  • Experience in home services industry preferred.
  • Excellent English proficiency required.
  • Must be based in Latin America.

Responsabilidades

  • Answer and manage incoming client calls professionally.
  • Schedule service calls and internal meetings.
  • Create, review, and send invoices and estimates.
  • Organize the company calendar and inbox.
  • Follow up with clients regarding appointments and payments.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Support the Business Manager with daily tasks.
