An international consumer goods company is seeking a Senior Lawyer to implement the legal strategy in Mexico and Ecuador. This role involves managing compliance, overseeing corporate matters, and providing legal guidance across various business areas. The ideal candidate has a Law Degree, is fluent in both Spanish and English, and has at least 7 years of corporate legal experience. Strong negotiation and litigation skills are essential for success in this position.

Formación

• Must be a Lawyer admitted to practice in a country.
• Minimum 7 years of experience required.
• Experience in corporate, marketing law, and litigation is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement the legal strategy in MexEc Region.
• Manage compliance with licensing and governmental permits.
• Coordinate strategy of usage of outside counsels.
• Monitor and manage the MexEc litigation portfolio.
