A leading tech company is seeking a Recruiting Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The successful candidate will partner with Hiring Managers to develop hiring strategies for strategic and hard-to-fill roles. Required qualifications include fluency in English and Spanish, along with a Bachelor’s Degree and over 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. This is an onsite role, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
Strategic role focused on leading end-to-end recruitment processes, acting as a Trusted Advisor to Hiring Managers and business stakeholders. Responsible for designing and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with current and future hiring needs, particularly for strategic, niche, and hard-to-fill roles.

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree | 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
