About the Role

We’re hiring a Recruiting Coordinator for a 3‑month temporary assignment to support interview scheduling across technical and early career roles at Tubi. This role focuses on one core function – keeping interviews moving smoothly through precise, high‑volume scheduling.

You will partner closely with recruiters, candidates, and interviewers to manage calendars, coordinate logistics, and deliver a consistent candidate experience. This role suits someone who enjoys operational work, moves fast, and stays organized under pressure.

This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles or San Francisco.

What You’ll Do
  • Own interview scheduling for technical and early career roles, including hiring manager interviews, assessments, and virtual on‑sites.
  • Coordinate complex calendars across time zones, teams, and seniority levels.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the scheduling process.
  • Send clear, timely interview confirmations and updates.
  • Manage interview changes and cancellations with speed and accuracy.
  • Support live virtual interviews by monitoring schedules and resolving timing or access issues.
  • Maintain accurate interview data and stage movement in Greenhouse.
  • Partner with recruiters to prioritize urgent scheduling needs and hiring deadlines.
  • Ensure every candidate interaction feels organized, respectful, and on time.
Your Background
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling in a tech environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Greenhouse, Google Calendar, G Suite, and Slack.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing high scheduling volume without dropping details.
  • Clear and professional communicator with candidates and internal partners.
  • Available for a full‑time, 3‑month temporary assignment.

Hourly Rate for high‑cost labor markets such as, but not limited to, Los Angeles, New York City, and San Francisco: $28 — $38 USD.

This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
