Una empresa de bienes raíces busca un Asistente Virtual proactivo y detallista para apoyar al propietario de un negocio dinámico. Este rol se centra en la ejecución de marketing, gestión de clientes, y coordinación de transacciones. Se requiere experiencia previa como asistente virtual y una fuerte atención al detalle. El horario es de lunes a viernes, de 8:30 AM a 5:00 PM (hora del este de EE. UU.). Se ofrece un trabajo remoto con un enfoque en la gestión de relaciones con los clientes y apoyo administrativo.

Formación

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia como asistente virtual, preferentemente en bienes raíces.
  • Habilidades de comunicación en inglés claras, fluidas y gramaticalmente correctas.
  • Organización, automotivación y orientación a resultados.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar y programar publicaciones y anuncios en redes sociales.
  • Mantener y actualizar el CRM con nuevos leads y contactos.
  • Coordinar eventos y casas abiertas para clientes.

Radar Hire is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the owner of a fast-paced real estate business.

This is a highly dynamic role focused on marketing execution, client communications, CRM and MLS management, event coordination, and transaction support.

You’ll serve as the owner's right hand—helping manage client relationships, organize listings and communications, and ensure smooth execution of tasks that drive business growth.

This role requires a can-do attitude, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to take initiative without needing constant direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing & Social Media
    • Design and schedule social media posts and ads across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
    • Create newsletters, postcards, mailers, and event promotions using tools like Canva, Mailchimp, and Mailbox Power
    • Coordinate marketing campaigns and track performance
    • Edit and post video content to support personal branding and property marketing
  • CRM & Client Management
    • Maintain and update CRM (Brivity) with new leads, contacts, and client interactions
    • Add and organize data from forms and sources (e.g., JotForm)
    • Schedule appointments, track follow‑ups, and ensure timely responses
    • Handle listing input and updates in MLS systems
  • Event & Transaction Coordination
    • Coordinate client events and open houses
    • Track key milestones and ensure documents are submitted throughout real estate transactions
    • Support document management and communications for buyers and sellers
    • Liaise with vendors, title companies, and inspectors as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of virtual assistant experience, ideally supporting real estate professionals
  • Clear, fluent, and grammatically correct English communication skills
  • Highly organized, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented
  • Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
  • Comfortable with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Trello, Zapier, Brivity, and MLS platforms
  • Proficient with Office Suite and social media scheduling / management
  • Experience managing customer communications, appointments, and administrative workflows
  • Ability to take initiative and act with a sense of urgency
Nice to Have
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Previous experience coordinating real estate transactions or events
  • Familiarity with real estate forms, documents, and workflow

Monday to Friday | 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM (U.S. Eastern Time)
