Are you a meticulous professional with expertise in the world of fine jewelry? Do you possess the linguistic skills to manage international supply chains and diverse teams? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Raw Materials Control Specialist to oversee the procurement, inventory, and quality assurance of metals and stones used in our exclusive fine jewelry collections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain precise and secure control over all raw materials (metals and gemstones), ensuring accuracy in physical counts and digital records.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect and verify the quality, weight, and authenticity of incoming raw materials against established standards and specifications.
  • Logistics & Documentation: Coordinate the receiving and internal distribution of materials, maintaining strict records, compliance documents, and chain-of-custody protocols.
  • Supply Chain Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact with the HQ and international or domestic suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any material discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Generate regular inventory, usage, and loss reports for top management.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bilingual Proficiency is Mandatory: Fluent written and verbal English and Spanish is essential for communication with our global partners and diverse workforce.
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in raw materials control, inventory management, or logistics, specifically within the fine jewelry, metals and gemstones, or luxury goods manufacturing sectors.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of precious metal weights/karats and gemstone grading/identification is highly preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and an unwavering commitment to accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Systems Knowledge: Proficiency with inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Time availability and flexibility to adapt to constant changes.
