A global consumer goods company in Mexico, Jalisco is seeking a formulation expert to develop new products and manage innovation processes. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of laboratory experience, strong project management skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. This role provides opportunities to contribute to product development in a dynamic environment.

Formación

Your Role

• Develops new formulas, solutions, processes and products within an agreed timeframe.
• Executes and manages projects and resources to meet planned objectives.
• Ensures compliance with standards, policies, procedures, manages the lab and innovation process.
• Provides technical support services to Manufacturing and Quality as required.
• Executes process develops to support x-funct. teams to achieve completion of new technology products consistent with strategic objectives.

Your Skills

• +3 years of experience working formulation in the laboratory (Beauty Care/Skin Care preferably)
• Knowledge of the formula development and implementation process.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to translate technical information to non-technical. Good verbal and written communication; as well as computational.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and track.
• Teamwork and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacobiologist Chemist or similar.
• Advanced English
