Una empresa líder en alimentos busca a un especialista en Calidad en Ecatepec de Morelos, México, para liderar el sistema de gestión de calidad y asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas de calidad. Se requiere experiencia en laboratorios y habilidades en herramientas como Power BI y SAP. El candidato ideal tiene un título en Ingeniero de Alimentos, Químico o afines. Se ofrece trabajo de lunes a viernes en un ambiente dinámico y colaborativo, enfocado en la innovación en la industria alimentaria.

Formación

• Experiencia relevante en un laboratorio.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar el proceso PDCA del sistema de gestión de calidad del sitio.
• Montar documentos de calidad e inspeccionar entre otros contactos reguladores.
• Gestionar quejas de consumidores desde el inicio hasta el final.

How you will contribute

You lead the plan‑do‑check‑act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager.

You will support elements of the site’s quality system, including internal documentation and change‑management control, quality‑policy amendments, registration of internal and external documentation, internal audits, effective PDCA cycles, CAPA system management, and management review.

In addition, you will coordinate the eQCMS bi‑annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as a key contact for food‑regulatory‑agency inspections and contacts management.

Qué debes saber acerca de esta posición

• Implementar y gestionar con un enfoque de cero pérdidas el cumplimiento de políticas de Calidad.
• Elaboración, actualización y validación de programas de Calidad.
• Implementación, verificación y validación de controles de Calidad.
• Desarrollo e implementación de programas de comunicación y capacitación basados en QCMs y FSSC *****.
• Validación de pruebas industriales y desarrollo de nuevos productos y procesos bajo los requisitos de políticas internas y externas de Calidad.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los KPI's de Calidad en el sistema QCMs.

Educación / Titulaciones

• Ing. Alimentos, Industrial, Químico o equivalente.

Conocimientos específicos del puesto

• Estadística, HACCP, FSSC, ISO **** y *****.
• Sistemas Integrados, Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, WCM.
• Inglés intermedio.
• Experiencia para trabajar en ambiente sindical.
• Power BI y SAP (deseable).

Horario laboral

Lunes a Viernes - jornada completa.
