Overview

QA Tester (Bilingual Spanish-English) Remote (Mexico)

We are looking for a bilingual QA Tester to ensure top-quality customer communications across IVR, mobile apps, web, chatbots, and notifications.

Responsibilities

• Test planning and execution to ensure top-quality customer communications across IVR, mobile apps, web, chatbots, and notifications
• Perform manual QA across IVR, mobile, web, and chatbot platforms
• Identify, reproduce, and document defects; collaborate with development teams to resolve issues
• Execute functional, regression, and API testing

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish & English
• 5 years manual QA experience
• Proficient in JIRA, QTest, SQL/Oracle, Postman/SOAP
• Experience testing IVR, mobile, web, chatbot platforms
• Strong functional, regression, and API testing skills
• Mexico-based with ability to use a U.S.-based phone plan

Preferred

Utility/energy experience, mobile app QA, automation tools familiarity.

Hours / Contract / Pay

Hours: 9 5 CST | Remote | Contract 12 months

Pay Range: $30-32/hr on W2
