Your Contribution:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supervisor to lead and manage the implementation of the MORE system, oversee the On-Time Buyers process, and ensure the effective operation of the Auto-PO (Automatic Purchase Order) process. This role is critical to driving procurement efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across our MAHLE North America (USA, Mexico and Canada) locations. This role ensures cost-effective purchasing while maintaining supplier quality, reliability, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Responsible for issue daily purchase orders, linked to external supply needs for operational goods and services; residual processing systems, correct PO’s, disputes, supplier changes, internal/external inquiries, training, process improvements, and other requirements from day-to-day operational demands.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment and be proficient in SAP S/4HANA and MAHLE ERP system (s) as well as Microsoft Office applications.

• Support the operational business through creation on time of purchase order, based on daily requirements.
• Resolve procure-to-pay issues ranging in price discrepancies, quantity imbalances, good receipt requirements of Requesters, invoices without order, and other issues received via invoice management system.
• Supports the implementation of MORE/Ariba related design activities for NPM and CapEx within the “Americas” as required.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to track buyer performance and process efficiency.
• Supervise and support a team of procurement specialists and system users.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 3–5 years of procurement or sourcing experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in leading cross-functional projects and managing teams required.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA or SAP (materials management, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier management) required.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented and detail-oriented.
