Owns the process for transitioning customers from the implementation phase into steady state support.
Ensures all entry criteria has been met and owns the project timeline for the transition process itself.
Coordinates with both Professional Services and Customer Support to facilitate all knowledge transfer sessions and escalates any road blocks or issues with the transition.
