A manufacturing company based in Mexicali, Mexico, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project planning and execution in the sports apparel sector. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English and have a bachelor's degree in engineering or finance. Candidates should possess at least three years of project management experience in manufacturing and extensive knowledge of ERP systems like NetSuite. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines.

Formación

Responsibilities

• Leads, Supports and guides the end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery within the sports apparel manufacturing domain.
• Utilize JIRA, or related market tools to manage projects, workflows, track progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, sales, sales, sales operations, customer service, design, production, procurement and finance to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Optimize ERP- NetSuite system configurations to support business processes and reporting needs.
• Conduct trains the trainer sessions for team members on NP’s, Updated Processes and functionalities relevant to their roles.
• In alignment to corporate projects, monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure efficient project execution.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends, ERP, industry technologies updates, and best practices to improve project delivery and system utilization.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish / English)
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Operations, Finance or equivalent industry experience,
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager in the sports apparel or related sports products manufacturing industry.
• Extensive experience using NetSuite ERP, Statistical Excel, Power BI, Tableau (related statistical tools) including module customization and integrations.
• Strong understanding of order to cash, manufacturing workflows, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, or similar) is a plus.
• Experienced in eCommerce, B2B and omni-channel service environments preferred.
