Job Description

The VOS Global Manufacturing Project Manager will play a key role in supporting the Global VOS Director by leading, coordinating, and standardizing governance processes across global manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining governance frameworks, policies, and reporting mechanisms that ensure alignment with the Vertiv Operating System (VOS) and drive consistency, compliance, and performance across all manufacturing sites.

Working in close collaboration with regional and site leadership, this role will manage cross‑functional projects focused on operational governance, including the creation of global standards, certification tracking, performance review structures, and escalation protocols. The Project Manager will ensure that all initiatives are executed with discipline, clear timelines, and measurable outcomes, while fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing network.
