A technology provider in Ciudad de México is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate projects in the IT Infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate should have proven project management skills, a solid understanding of networking and data center operations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role involves ensuring timely project delivery, managing project risks, and maintaining third-party vendor relationships.

Formación

• Proven working experience in project management in the IT Infrastructure sector.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in networking and data center operations.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Essential Skills

• Proven working experience in project management in the IT Infrastructure sector.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in networking and data center operations.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Desirable Skills

• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
• Experience with Planner, MS Teams, MS modern work platform.
