Una empresa de tecnología internacional en Tizayuca, Hidalgo, busca un Ingeniero de Aplicaciones para ofrecer soporte técnico a las oficinas de ventas de ITT. El candidato ideal debe tener al menos 2 años de experiencia en el sector mecánico-metal y un alto nivel de inglés. Las responsabilidades incluyen la elaboración de cotizaciones para piezas y bombas, así como la revisión de costos y especificaciones. Se requiere experiencia en meetings con clientes y comprensión de hojas de datos.

Formación

• Nivel alto de inglés requerido.
• 2 años de experiencia como ingeniero de aplicaciones.
• Experiencia en el sector mecánico-metal (bombas, válvulas, motores eléctricos).

Responsabilidades

• Ofrecer soporte técnico a oficinas de ventas de ITT a nivel mundial.
• Elaborar cotizaciones de piezas de repuesto y bombas asegurando cumplimiento con requisitos del cliente.
• Revisar costos y márgenes de todos los proyectos en etapa de licitación.

Resumen de Posición

Offering technical Support to the ITT Sales offices (US, North American Distributors, LAR region and other countries) with quotes, delivery time and prices for spare parts and pump quotes of all our products manufacture in Mexico : VIT,

• according with the customer special requirements to prepare and submit final quotes, also to attend meetings for all the projects during the bid stage.

Responsabilidades Esenciales

Offering Technical support to different sales offices of ITT around the world with quotes, delivery time and prices for spare parts and pump quotes of all our products manufacture in Mexico : VIT,

Elaboration of Spare Part quotes doing a revision of specifications, Bill of material of original Job to include all the main QA requirements and correct part number of components and materials and make sure to be in compliance with the customer requirements.

Elaboration of Pump quotes (Duplicate) doing a revision of the Bill of material of original Job to include all the main QA requirements and the correct material selection and make sure to be in compliance with the customer requirements.

Elaboration of Pump quotes (New Equipment) doing the revision of all specifications, Data sheets comprehension to include all the QA requirements and the correct material selection to define the scope of supply and make sure to be in compliance with the customer requirements.

All pump quotes that includes Buy Outs the AE needs to get at less three different options of buy Outs of each.

An estimate lead-time to deliver a quote by the Application Egineer : Spare Parts - 2 days, Pumps 2-3 Days.

Revision of the cost and margin of all the projects on bid stage according by the factory expectation.

AE needs to work together with purchasing department to get costs of main components also with production department to get the estimate lead-time for pumps.

Requisitos del Puesto

EDUCATION

Mechanical Engineering, Industrial or similar

High English level

EXPERIENCE

• 2 years as Application Engineering
• Experience in metal mechanical sector (Pumps, valves, electric motors)
• Reviewing of the Customer Specifications, data sheets, formats, procedures, work instructions.
• Experience in meetings with customers, English communication
