Role Objective

To manage CRM-related projects from start to finish, ensuring efficient execution, timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment with the client’s strategy. This role requires coordination between creative, data, tech, and content teams to bring CRM initiatives to life.

Responsibilities
  • Lead CRM projects from planning to implementation.
  • Coordinate workflows across creative, data, technology, and content teams.
  • Ensure campaigns, customer journeys, and automated flows are executed according to strategy.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, priorities, and budgets.
  • Track issues, changes, and operational adjustments throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, sharing updates, status reports, and next steps.
  • Oversee integrations and execution within CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Campaign, Braze, etc.).
  • Review deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Interpret basic CRM metrics and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Producer, or similar role within digital, CRM, or marketing automation environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing CRM projects.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Campaign, Braze, or similar tools.
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (creative, data, technology, media).
  • Strong organizational and process‑management skills.
  • Excellent client communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Intermediate English level (preferred).
