A leading telecommunications firm based in Mexico is seeking a driven Project Management team member. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and planning IP and transit networks, and supporting project deliverables. The ideal applicant must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience. Fluency in Chinese and English is required, with Spanish being a plus. This role also demands expertise in Cisco and Juniper networks, along with strong communication skills.

China Mobile International Limited (CMI) is looking for a driven member who will empower our Project Management team.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for IP and transit network monitoring and planning.
• Responsible for product improvement and coordinate of IP and Leased Line.
• Support IP and Leased line project providing solutions and delivery services for local team.
• Work with local team to build up relationship with partners and follow up the construction procedure for network infrastructure.
• Responsible for collecting and providing necessary information and report for the decision and procurement procedure.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and reconfiguration when possible network failure occurs.
• Cooperate and discuss with the headquarter about Americas Region network construction planning and promote specific network construction.
• Perform other tasks as requested by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication / Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in Chinese and English is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Professional knowledge of Cisco, Juniper and other network equipment. Knowing technical specifications of network equipment and how to choose proper equipment for certain network requirement.
• At least 3‑year experience in related field.
• Self‑motivated, detailed oriented, team‑player with excellent communication skills.
• Profound knowledge in related theories and methodologies.
• Professional knowledge of IP, transit network and network planning.
