Candidates must have 7+ years of software development experience, strong people management skills, and a Master's Degree in Computer Science. This position involves mandatory work from the office 5 days a week, focusing on delivering ambitious projects successfully.

Formación

We have an ambitious goal to migrate a legacy system written in HLASM (High-Level Assembler) from the mainframe to a cloud-based Java environment for one of the largest banks in the USA.

  • 7+ years of professional experience in software development projects and management
  • 5+ years of experience in large scale Project / Program management
  • Proven track record in complex projects with global teams
  • People management experience for 20+ FTEs
  • Good understanding of program financials and reporting
  • Good understanding of project manager responsibilities: Project Planning, backlog prioritization, detailing and decomposition, SDLC, and ability to build/optimize project processes
  • Communication with the team, client, understanding of motivation factors, team management, result-oriented
  • Working with feedback: provide and receive verbal and written business communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills
  • Master's Degree in computer science or similar education
  • Nice to have: Business domain experience in Banking, Healthcare, Travel or Retail industries, Scrum, Kanban
