We are hiring a Commercial Interiors Project Coordinator – Order Management with direct experience in commercial interiors ordering and order administration. The ideal candidate has worked for dealers, manufacturers, or A&D firms and is comfortable taking a project from approved spec to clean, accurate orders, primarily using ProjectSpec and/or Khameleon (experience with ProjectMatrix, CET, Hedberg, CORE, Acumatica, or similar systems is also valuable).
This role is perfect for someone who loves the details of ordering—specifications, finishes, pricing, acknowledgments, and change management—and enjoys being the go-to person who keeps orders accurate, organized, and on track for designers, project managers, and sales teams.
