DESCRIPTION

We're hiring a Program Manager II to join the Amazon Music Marketing Growth & Tech team. In this role, you will collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and business leaders to identify and drive marketing automation projects, while also leveraging Martech tools and 3P solutions to deliver the best digital marketing solutions for our customers. You will be responsible for assessing risks, anticipating bottlenecks, making tradeoffs, and balancing the needs of the business. As the face to key stakeholders across Amazon Music, you will demonstrate progress and surface risks early, and drive results. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation at the intersection of music and marketing technology within one of the world's leading streaming services.

Key job responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end program management for strategic marketing and growth initiatives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
